Discovery call
A 30-minute free call where we dig into your workflow: where time is lost, where errors happen, what data and systems you already have. We ask hard questions early so the scope is right the first time.
You leave with a clear read on whether AI can pay for itself in your case — and if it can’t, we say so on the call. For deeper analysis, a paid discovery audit (€300–500) is credited in full against your first project.

Fixed-scope proposal
Within 3 business days of the call, you get a written proposal: exactly what we build, what it costs, and when it ships. Scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in plain language — no legal maze.
The price is fixed. Not an estimate, not a day rate — a number. If the work takes longer than we planned, that’s our problem, not your invoice.

Build & demo
We start building immediately and show you a working demo inside the first week — connected to your real documents or data wherever possible. From there we iterate weekly, adjusting to your feedback.
You get a demo link after every iteration, so progress is something you can click, not a status report. Launch projects run 1–4 weeks; custom builds run 3–8 weeks.

Launch & retainer
We deploy to production, train your team hands-on, and hand over documentation your next developer could pick up cold. Nothing goes live without monitoring and alerts in place.
The monthly retainer (from €50) covers monitoring, fixes, and incremental improvements — and you can cancel it monthly. The system keeps working either way, because you own it.

Fast delivery isn’t magic — it’s preparation. Projects that ship in weeks instead of months share one trait: the client side is ready. Here’s the full list, and it’s short.
- A workflow owner who knows the pain — someone who lives the process daily and can answer “what actually happens here?”
- About 2 hours of your team’s time in week one, for walkthroughs and questions
- Sample documents or data access, so the first demo runs on your reality — not placeholder text
- A decision-maker for the proposal, so approval doesn’t stall in a committee
- Honest feedback at demos — “this is wrong” in week one is cheap; in week six it’s expensive
In writing
Our guarantees

- Fixed price honored. If the build runs over, the overrun is on us. Your invoice matches the proposal, full stop.
- You own the code and data. Everything we build — source, prompts, pipelines, databases — belongs to you on delivery.
- No lock-in. Documented handover with every project. Any competent engineer can take over without calling us.
- Cancel the retainer monthly. No annual contracts, no exit fees. We keep the retainer by being useful, not by trapping you.
