What does the monthly retainer cover?
Hosting, model API costs, monitoring, and ongoing tweaks — one flat number, starting from €50/mo depending on the product. If the AI needs its prompts adjusted or a new document source added, that’s the retainer doing its job, not a change order.
Can a product be customized further?

What happens to our data?
It stays yours, and it stays in the EU. Hosting is GDPR-conscious, retrieval respects your existing permissions, and data chatbots run read-only with guardrails. We’ve spent 20 years building software for banking, insurance, and legal — industries where “trust us” isn’t an answer, so we don’t offer it as one.
