Four beliefs that decide how we scope, build, and price every engagement. If you disagree with them, we’re probably not your agency — and that’s fine.
The model is 20% of the work
The demo is easy; the system is hard. What separates a toy from a tool is the other 80%: clean data pipelines, retrieval that actually finds the right document, evaluation so you know when quality slips, access control, cost limits, and monitoring. That’s where our effort goes, because that’s where projects live or die.
Buy the API until it fails you
Frontier models over an API are the right starting point for almost everyone — cheaper, faster to ship, and constantly improving. Fine-tuning a custom model is a serious commitment we take on when the API genuinely can’t meet your accuracy, privacy, or cost requirements. We’ll show you the evidence before recommending it, not after.
If AI is the wrong fix, we say so
Some problems are solved by a form, a cron job, or a better spreadsheet — not a language model. It has happened that a discovery call ends with us recommending no AI at all. We’d rather lose a project than ship you an expensive answer to the wrong question.

We also work in your language and your timezone. Discovery calls, documentation, and support are available in English, Greek, and Russian, and collaboration happens during EU business hours — not on a call scheduled for someone else’s morning.
